2.1 Information you provide directly

• Account details: such as name, email address, username, password (hashed), and profile settings.
• User-generated content: including AI prompts, prompt collections, notes, metadata, and any content you choose to store in Prompts Hub.

2.2 Information collected through OAuth connections (LinkedIn / Pinterest)

If you connect Prompts Hub to LinkedIn and/or Pinterest using OAuth, we may access and store information that you authorize those platforms to share, which may include:

• Public profile data (e.g., name, profile photo, headline, and other public profile fields permitted by the granted scopes)
• Account identifiers required to associate your Prompts Hub account with the connected LinkedIn/Pinterest account
• Pinterest content references (e.g., board or pin references/IDs and related metadata) only as needed to support features you enable in Prompts Hub

We only request the minimum permissions necessary for the features you choose to use.

2.3 Automatically collected information

• Usage and device data: such as app interactions, feature usage, pages/screens viewed, device type, browser type, and operating system.
• Log and diagnostic data: such as IP address, timestamps, error logs, and performance metrics.
• Cookies or similar technologies (if applicable): to keep you signed in and improve product functionality and analytics. You can manage cookies via your browser settings.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide and operate Prompts Hub, including account creation, authentication, and core platform functionality
• Sync prompts and related content across your devices and within your account
• Personalize your experience, such as recommending prompts, collections, or workflows based on your activity and preferences
• Enable and manage integrations with LinkedIn and Pinterest via official APIs, including:
  • retrieving and displaying permitted profile information to confirm the correct account connection
  • managing visual references on Pinterest (e.g., associating prompts with boards/pins or displaying linked content metadata), only when you enable these features
• Maintain safety and security, including detecting abuse, preventing fraud, and troubleshooting issues
• Communicate with you, including service updates, security notices, and responding to support requests
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies

4. Data Sharing & Security

4.1 Sharing of information

• We do not sell your personal data.
• We share information only when necessary to provide the service, including:
  • With third-party platforms you connect (LinkedIn and Pinterest) via their official APIs, consistent with your authorization and the applicable platform terms
  • With service providers that help us run Prompts Hub (e.g., hosting, database, analytics, monitoring, customer support). These providers are authorized to process data only on our instructions and for the purposes described in this policy.
  • For legal reasons, if required to comply with law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, or to protect rights, safety, and security.

4.2 Data security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your data, such as:

• encryption in transit (e.g., HTTPS/TLS) and, where appropriate, encryption at rest
• access controls and least-privilege permissions for internal systems
• monitoring and logging for security and reliability

No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and improve safeguards over time.

4.3 Data retention

We retain information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. When data is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

5.1 Deleting data

You can request deletion of your Prompts Hub account and associated data by contacting us using the details below. Where feasible, deletion will include stored prompts and integration-related data associated with your account.

5.2 Revoking LinkedIn/Pinterest access

You can revoke access at any time:

• via the LinkedIn or Pinterest account settings page (connected apps / authorized applications), and/or
• by disconnecting the integration within Prompts Hub (if available)

After access is revoked, we will stop accessing data from that platform and may delete stored integration tokens and integration-derived data, unless retention is required for security, legal, or legitimate operational purposes.

6. Changes to this Policy and Contact Information

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date and, if the changes are material, we may provide additional notice (e.g., in-app notification or email).
